Elisa Romaniello, CHRL, ADKAR®, has a diverse work experience in human resources, spanning various industries and roles over the years. From their start as an HR Administrator at NSK Canada Inc. in 1999 to their current role as a Sr. HR Partner and Talent Lead at 407 ETR, Elisa has consistently demonstrated their abilities in talent management, employee relations, change management, and leadership development. Elisa has proven to be a strategic partner to executives, implementing effective HR strategies and programs to drive organizational success. Elisa'sexpertise in coaching, mentoring, and project management has been instrumental in delivering complex HR projects and leading change initiatives in the organizations they have worked for.
Elisa Romaniello, CHRL, ADKAR®, holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature/Philosophy from York University. Elisa also completed a Bachelor of Arts in HRM from Humber College, with a focus on Human Resources Management. Furthermore, Elisa pursued studies in Labour Relations and Employment Law at Mohawk College. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Change Management from Prosci in 2019.
