Prior to this, Joe worked as a Marketing Consultant at Direct Response Media Group, managing marketing campaigns and client retention for notable brands. Joe's earlier roles include managerial positions at TD Bank Group and TD Canada Trust, focusing on customer service, sales tactics, and staff training.
