Muhammad Kizilbash

Muhammad Kizilbash began their work experience as a Client Representative at 407 ETR in June 2010, excelling in customer service and consistently meeting performance metrics. From April 2012 to December 2017, they served as a Business Analyst, focusing on analysis, reporting, and leading major projects. In January 2018, they took on the role of CRM/ERP Project Business Lead, where they managed various aspects of ERP and Salesforce CRM projects. Prior to that, from April 2008 to May 2009, they worked as an Investment Representative at TD Waterhouse Capital Markets, Inc., handling financial inquiries and managing wealth portfolios.

Muhammad Kizilbash graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from York University in 2011. Muhammad obtained additional certifications in Enterprise Architecture, Business Analyst, Scrum Master Certified (SMC), and Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from various institutions between 2020 and 2021.
