Sean Adkins currently serves as an Innovation Product Owner and Digital Customer Operations Manager at 407 ETR since October 2022. Previously, Sean was the Director of Customer Support at Cubert Inc. from August 2021 to July 2022, leading global Customer Support teams and achieving significant reductions in response times and improvements in QA scores. Prior to that, Sean held roles at Freedom Mobile, enhancing digital support operations and developing KPIs, as well as receiving promotions from Process and Support Specialist to Manager of Care Digital Operations. Earlier experience includes positions at Shaw Communications as Customer Care Supervisor and Store Team Leader, and at Blockbuster as Store Manager, where responsibilities centered on operations and team development. Sean holds a degree from the University of Victoria, obtained between September 2002 and April 2007.
