Benjy Montoya

Benjy Montoya is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in multimedia and storytelling. Since January 2016, Benjy has served as the Head of Multimedia & Storytelling and Creative Director at Xebia. Concurrently, Benjy has been a co-organizer for several notable conferences, including Scala Days, Lambda World, and ScalaCon, enhancing community engagement in functional programming. Prior to these roles, Benjy co-founded Babyradio, Spain's first online radio dedicated to children's content, and worked in various capacities at notable radio stations such as CanalSur and Cadena SER. With a strong background in music production and broadcasting, Benjy has made significant contributions to the media landscape.
