Currently serving as the Head of Growth for 4 Day Week - Global since August 2023, Debbie has extensive experience in leadership roles such as Chief Executive Officer at Momentum Mental Health from May 2017 to May 2023, and Director of Operations for the Queensland Museum Network from January 2013 to June 2017, where strategic direction and operational excellence were key responsibilities. he time has come for a new way of thinking about the future of work and how we adapt ourselves and our businesses. We believe the conversation for work needs to shift from time to productivity outcomes. By measuring the right indicators we can provide efficient work and allow for more time away from work. We proved this at one of our companies, Perpetual Guardian, where after a successful trial, we rolled out the 4 Day Week as a permanent way of working. The rise of the gig economy represents a new industrial era, and we have not had a conversation about its implications for our economy and society. With the work we are doing in our company and now this white paper, we seek to generate useful data and insights to share with organisations that wish to develop their own productivity and flexibility policies.
