Andrea Boiles, GPHR has extensive work experience in human resources. Andrea is currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at 4FRONT Engineered Solutions since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the President of GoStar Human Resources Consulting from August 2018 to January 2022. From January 2013 to July 2018, they held the position of Global Unit Director of Human Resources at KONE. Before that, Andrea served as the Talent/Organizational Development Manager at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from an undisclosed start date to December 2012. Andrea also worked as the Manager of Team Relations and Supplier Support at Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia from March 2008 to January 2011. Andrea's extensive experience also includes serving as the Assistant Human Resources Manager at Toyota North America from September 1997 to March 2008, as well as the HR Manager at National Office Furniture from an undisclosed start date to 1997.
Andrea Boiles earned a Bachelor's degree in HR and Sociology from Kentucky Wesleyan College, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. In 2018, Andrea obtained their Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification from HRCI. Andrea also holds a certification as an Executive Coach from Sherpa Executive Coaching, although the specific dates of obtaining this certification are not provided.
