Richard Hoofard has over three decades of work experience in engineering and product development. Richard started their career at Lockheed Martin as a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer and worked there for over ten years. Richard then moved to Overhead Door Corporation as an R&D Manager, where they managed new product design and implementation. Currently, Richard is the Director of Engineering at 4FRONT Engineered Solutions, responsible for product development and support. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in multi-functional gateway management, lean product innovation, and program management.
Richard Hoofard holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, BS from The University of Texas at Arlington. The specific time period during which they pursued this degree is not provided.
