Prior to this role, Robert contributed to Inalfa Roof Systems, Inc. as a Senior Quality Engineer from February 2021 to February 2022. Robert's earlier career includes significant positions at Roechling Automotive, where responsibilities encompassed Regional Technical Specialist AMN, Director of Technology North America, Akron Plant Manager, Technology Manager, and Senior Process Engineer from July 2002 to January 2021. Before Roechling, Robert held the role of Senior Process Engineer at Plastech Engineered Products from July 1999 to July 2002, and Process Engineer at Sommer Allibert from February 1995 to June 1999. Robert's background includes education in the U.S. Navy, contributing to a strong technical foundation in the automotive engineering sector.
