Ryan Fishleigh

Ryan Fishleigh is an experienced professional in training, organizational development, and talent management. Currently serving as the Training & Organizational Development Manager at LPi since December 2023, Ryan previously held positions at Emerson as the Talent & Organizational Development Manager and at Transtar Industries as a Talent Management Specialist. Earlier experience includes a role as Ad Sales Recruiter & Trainer at LPi, where Ryan developed recruitment strategies and sourced sales representatives, and worked at Randstad as a Staffing Manager, focusing on client relationships and staffing services. Ryan's career began with the Cleveland Cavaliers, where responsibilities included selling ticket packages and premium seating. A Bachelor of Arts in Business and Communications was obtained from the University of Mount Union in 2011.
