Brian Talay has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brian started their career in the US Navy as a career Navy SEAL officer, specializing in intelligence collection and planning/executing special operations missions. After retiring as a Captain, they joined American Management Systems as a Consultant. Brian then worked as a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, providing technical direction on intelligence collection and counter-terrorism. Later, they became a Senior Manager at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, focusing on enhancing analytic efforts for the Department of Defense, law enforcement, and the intelligence community. Currently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer of 5 Stones Intelligence Inc.
Brian Talay completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at The Johns Hopkins University from 2003 to 2006. Brian also earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in National Security Affairs from the US Naval Postgraduate School from 1995 to 1996.
