Juan Mercado is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in driving product innovation and growth. Currently serving as a Product Manager at 500 Global since April 2022, Juan focuses on developing products that support portfolio companies in accelerating their success. Previously, Juan held dual roles as Head of Marketing and Head of Product at TLine México, where responsibilities included coordinating comprehensive product development processes. Early career endeavors included positions as PMO Manager and Business Consultant at Nivel 33 Consultores, Project Manager at Carvajal, and Service Delivery Manager at Indra. Juan has a Master of Business Administration from Universidad del Valle de México and has completed a Project Management Diploma at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, as well as earning a degree in Computer Programming from Instituto Politécnico Nacional.
