Katherine Harvey is the Human Resources Director at Performance54 since August 2023. Previously, Katherine held various HR roles at Essence, PPL, CMS Cameron McKenna, and other organizations. Katherine holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from Solent University and has qualifications in HR from Central Sussex College. Katherine also has certifications in NLP practitioner, coaching and therapy, and mental health first aid.
