Currently serving as System Solutions Senior Manager at 5&5 since July 2021, Eric previously held several roles at Pieology Pizzeria from September 2016 to July 2021, including IT Support Manager, POS Specialist, and Shift Supervisor - Certified Trainer. Eric's educational background includes studies at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2012 to 2014.
