Isabela Schiavinato is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Co-owner at 5àsec since February 2018, Isabela transitioned into this role after their mother stepped down from the family business. Previous roles include Head of Customer Service at Ateliê Baobá and Co-owner/Entrepreneur at 5àsec, where Isabela navigated challenges during the 2008 Financial Crisis. Earlier experience encompassed business partnership at Partnership & Learning Educação Executiva and analyst roles at Souza Lima Construtora and the US Consulate in São Paulo. Isabela holds a Certificate in Business Administration from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from FAAP, complemented by further education at MIT Sloan School of Management.
