Manoj Ghawate

Manoj Ghawate is a Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineer at 5B since December 2022, responsible for leading the design, qualification, and implementation of Maverick assembly equipment while managing large-scale pilot projects and supplier qualification frameworks. Previous experience includes roles as a Procurement Officer, where procurement plans were created based on demand and inventory management, and a Supply Chain Management Intern, successfully organizing logistics quotes and developing cost forecasting models. Manoj also served as a Residential Advisor at UniLodge Australia, providing community support, and worked as a Production Planner at Siemens Energy, managing GIS project schedules. Early career experience includes internships in human resources, research and development, and manufacturing engineering at companies such as SuccessR HR Tech, SEMS Webz Solutions, and Siemens. Currently pursuing a Master's in Engineering Science (Management) at The University of Queensland, following a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
