Our joint years of industry experience and expertise has given us the ability to source excellent candidates while focusing on responsible recruitment and the upliftment of others. Using our experience we effectively partner with central resourcing functions, whilst still being able to identify candidates our clients should be proactively made aware of. 

For our candidates we offer authenticity. We are not career recruiters. We know what it means to be a candidate, client or interim. As such we’ll provide transparency, advisory insight and we understand that changing roles is a significant life event for all our candidates whether interim or perm.

It’s our play on the regions we cover which run from 0 degrees (UK) to 60 degrees (Dubai). From our hubs in London and Cape Town we’ve successfully placed candidates in London, Dubai, and Johannesburg as well as emerging locations such as Lagos, Nairobi and Luanda. 

Our coverage and capability in these diverse markets allow us to bring innovation to clients globally whilst offering support to clients who wish to enter and develop emerging markets.
