Jeremy Hartmann

Jeremy Hartmann has over 15 years of experience in the IT support and infrastructure analysis fields. Currently serving as an Associate Infrastructure Analyst at UST Global since December 2016, Jeremy provides deskside support for the Wolters Kluwer account in St. Cloud, Minnesota, handles enterprise trouble tickets, and mentors junior associates. Previously, Jeremy worked at Dell as a Technical Analysis Sr. Associate from August 2008 to December 2016, managing incidents and project requests. Earlier experience includes a role as a tech at tac worldwide from 2007 to 2008, focusing on troubleshooting hardware issues and managing technical staff. Jeremy completed education at KRS Computer and Business School from 2000 to 2001.
