Jose Francisco Zapata Fernandez

Jose Francisco Zapata Fernandez is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software quality assurance and delivery management. Currently serving as a Senior Software QA Manager and Delivery Manager at UST since February 2021, Jose previously held various roles at Infosys, including Mobile Test Lead and Software Engineer focused on Online Banking and Mobile Testing from December 2011 to July 2023. Earlier in the career, Jose worked as a Software Test Engineer at Hildebrando for HEB, contributing to database integrity across applications from October 2010 to November 2011. Jose holds a degree in Management Information Systems from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, completing studies in 2006.
