Simon Fleming-Wood is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as CMO in Residence at 621 Consulting since September 2023, Simon emphasizes agility and flexibility in today’s business landscape. Previously, as Chief Marketing Officer at Hippo Insurance, Simon was instrumental in building a world-class marketing organization, driving significant growth in the Direct-to-Consumer business, and leading the company’s successful public offering. Additional roles include Chief Experience Officer at Tile, where Simon oversaw user growth and customer experience, and CMO at Pandora, where responsibilities encompassed brand awareness and subscription revenue. Simon's career began in strategic management consulting, followed by positions at notable companies, including Cisco and Family Wonder/Sega.com, amassing a record of developing high-impact marketing strategies and teams. Simon holds a BA in Political Science from Stanford University.
