Amir Ravandoust

Amir Ravandoust is the Chief Operating Officer of 6sense, where he is focused on building strong alignment across functions, scaling the business, and driving operational excellence across internal and customer-facing teams.

Having served in similar roles at other SaaS providers, Amir has an established track record of growth acceleration and operational transformation across Data & Analytics, MarTech, and Cybersecurity verticals. Before joining 6sense, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at Marigold and Chief Operating Officer at Alteryx, where he helped accelerate growth, improve profitability, and build high-performing teams at scale.

Amir is a Managing Director at Insight Partners, working closely with portfolio executives on growth strategy and operational transformation. He also held roles at Vector Capital and Boston Consulting Group, advising global enterprise software companies on strategy and execution.

Amir is a firm believer in transparency, agility, accountability, and collaboration as the foundation of great leadership.

He holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Management Science & Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Stanford University. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, traveling, cooking, and diving into obscure corners of history, geography, and politics.
