Raj Gupta is the Chief Development Officer at 6sense, where he leads the global engineering organization and drives the company’s long-term technical strategy. He spearheads the continued advancement of the 6sense platform, ensuring it delivers trusted, AI-powered experiences that help customers drive pipeline and revenue with precision.

Raj brings more than two decades of leadership experience across both high-growth startups and global enterprises. Prior to 6sense, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Cyara and held senior roles at Oracle, Cogito (acquired by Verint), and Vera Security (acquired by Fortra), where he built and led high-performing engineering teams delivering scalable platforms and innovations in enterprise AI and machine learning.

Raj has developed AI-powered solutions that combine technical sophistication with real business impact — driving innovation in customer experience, enterprise security, and revenue intelligence. His work spans Conversational AI, Generative AI, NLP, and sentiment analysis, powering next-generation capabilities in real-time engagement and decision-making.

Raj holds a Master’s in Management from Harvard University and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Ohio State University. He lives in the Bay Area and is passionate about building positive engineering cultures, empowering teams, and creating meaningful, customer-centric innovation at scale.
