Monique Joell

Monique Joell, CAP, is an experienced administrative professional with a solid background in providing executive-level support and managing diverse teams. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Assistant at 7-Eleven since April 2018, Monique coordinates meetings, manages multiple calendars, and oversees special projects to ensure the timely delivery of quality outcomes. Previously, Monique held the position of Assistant Manager in the Vitamin Department at Sprouts Farmers Market, where responsibilities included enhancing customer service and improving employee performance. Monique also worked as a Group Fitness Instructor at Fairfax County's Spring Hill Recreation Center and as Manager of Executive and Corporate Events at Verizon, where notable skills in event planning and team management were demonstrated.
