Paul Russell

Paul Russell serves as the Deputy General Counsel and Vice President at 7-Eleven, a position held since October 2013, where responsibilities include advising senior management on various franchising legal matters and managing relationships with nearly 5,000 domestic franchisees across approximately 7,500 stores. Prior to this role, Paul Russell was a Senior Counsel at Baker Botts LLP from November 2009 to October 2013, focusing on drafting franchise agreements and disclosure documents for clients in diverse industries such as hospitality and retail. Paul Russell obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Virginia School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brigham Young University.
