Stephen Ray is an experienced construction management professional with a robust background in the petroleum and retail sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Manager Fuels Construction at 7-Eleven, Stephen manages a team dedicated to gasoline compliance projects and oversees a significant fuels capital budget. Previous roles within 7-Eleven include managing electric vehicle construction initiatives and restaurant remodels, as well as regional new store development. With earlier experience as a Project Manager at C.P.M Construction Planning & Management and ownership of L&R Construction Services, Stephen has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to manage complex projects and budgets, achieving notable business growth.
