Maxwell Pastor

Maxwell Pastor has extensive experience in the music industry, currently serving as the Production Coordinator at 7digital since April 2008. In this role, Maxwell leads the Production team in creating digital stores for major labels targeted at a global audience and has progressed from Assistant to head of department, overseeing all digital production. Prior to 7digital, Maxwell was the Label Manager at The World Of Dusty Vinyl from March 2005 to February 2008, collaborating with musician Lewis Parker on production, management, and representation. Additionally, Maxwell was the Online Record Store Manager at Root Down Records from April 2000 to March 2007, where recognition was gained for establishing an award-winning online store specializing in rare and imported vinyl across various genres.
