Kellen Smith serves as the Chief Operating Officer at 8020 Consulting and as an Association Board Member at the YMCA of Greater Houston since January 2024. Smith is also the CFO and a member of the Exceptional Women Alliance, an organization focused on empowering women leaders. Previously, Smith held the position of EVP Operations and Chief Financial Officer at Point B, managing operations and finance during a significant transition, and served as President at U.S. Legal Support, overseeing company performance and growth. Additional experience includes various financial roles at U.S. Legal Support, Accenture, and internships at notable institutions such as Rice University and FTI Consulting. Kellen Smith is currently pursuing a course at Harvard Business School focused on corporate directorship, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Economic Analysis from Rice University.
