Ari Strasberg is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at 8400 The Health Network since October 2024, Ari previously held the position of VP Strategy and Chief of Staff at Start-Up Nation Central from December 2021 to October 2024. Prior consulting experience includes a role at Israel Impact Partners, where Ari optimized NGOs in partnership with foundations and philanthropic leaders. As Chief Commercial Officer at Baseline Vision, Ari established the company’s commercial infrastructure for international market launch. During a notable tenure as CEO of Israel Tennis Centers, Ari significantly increased revenues and transformed organizational culture. Earlier career highlights include managing strategic initiatives for leading pharmaceutical firms at Capgemini Consulting, as well as risk and wealth management roles at IDB Bank and Bank Leumi. Educational credentials include an MBA in Strategy & Operations and Finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Washington.

On a mission to drive an Israeli economic growth engine in HealthTech and accelerate global cure, 8400 The Health Network is weaving a network of HealthTech ecosystem leaders, across silos and sectors, who learn together and create gap-closing projects that will propel a thriving HealthTech industry in Israel. The 8400 Fellowship runs annual cohorts of 60 senior Israeli leaders each, for an intensive 17 day program across 7 months. The program’s tailor-made curriculum is creating a continuous platform for breaking silos, peer learning and designing ecosystem growth initiatives. 8400 fellowship graduates join the 8400 Network.
