Simultaneously, Michlin holds multiple leadership roles, including Chairman of MIXiii Health-Tech.IL, DiagnosTear Ltd., and ViSci Visual Sciences Ltd., which focuses on innovative glaucoma treatments. As a Director at AEYE Health and Co-Chairman of IATI, Michlin contributes to the advancement of Israel's high-tech and life sciences sectors. Previous experience includes a directorship at Gilat Satcom and presidency at BrainsWay, where significant revenue growth was achieved alongside a successful IPO. On a mission to drive an Israeli economic growth engine in HealthTech and accelerate global cure, 8400 The Health Network is weaving a network of HealthTech ecosystem leaders, across silos and sectors, who learn together and create gap-closing projects that will propel a thriving HealthTech industry in Israel. The 8400 Fellowship runs annual cohorts of 60 senior Israeli leaders each, for an intensive 17 day program across 7 months.
