Alexis Pavel is a seasoned professional in network operations and telecommunications, currently serving as Network Operations Manager and Operations Certification Lead Engineer at 8x8 since August 2021. Prior to this, Alexis held the role of VoIP Network Engineer at Atos from November 2017 to August 2021, contributing to Unify's integrated communication and collaboration solutions, and at Unify from December 2015 to November 2017, where responsibilities included troubleshooting OpenScape Voice systems. Alexis has completed various technical trainings, including CCNA and OpenScape certifications, and possesses experience in both hardware and software aspects of telecommunications from internships at eASIC and Voice Business Company Vienna.
