Aditya Pandey

Aditya Pandey is a finance professional with extensive experience in business finance and product management. Currently serving as the Head of Finance & Product at RFin, a role held since December 2022, Aditya previously worked at DeHaat as the AVP of Business Finance from January 2021 to December 2022. Prior to that, Aditya held the position of Senior Manager in Business Finance at ElasticRun from August 2016 to December 2020, where responsibilities included business analysis. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Equity Research Analyst at CapMetrics Technology Solutions Private Limited from January 2015 to July 2016, and roles at Ernst & Young from August 2010 to December 2014, including Executive and Intern positions. Aditya completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Maharashtra Jobs and is a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
