Phil Burke

Phil Burke is a scientist at A-Alpha Bio since March 2023, with a robust background in molecular biology and immunology. Previously, Phil served as a postdoctoral researcher in the Subramaniam lab at Fred Hutch from September 2016 to March 2023, focusing on library reporter assays and deep mutational scanning methods. Phil's graduate research at the University of Washington culminated in a PhD in Microbiology and Molecular Biology, where expertise in high-throughput sequencing assays was developed. Earlier experience includes working as a research assistant at InBios International, Inc., designing and purifying recombinant antigens for immunodiagnostic kits. Phil holds a Bachelor's degree in Genetics from the University of New Hampshire.
