Roseline Bougher's work experience begins in 1994, when they worked as a Marine Biologist for Miami Dade County until 1996. In 1997, they joined A.D. Marble & Company as an Environmental Scientist and later became a Project Manager from 1999 to 2002. Roseline then held the role of Vice President from 2002 to 2003, Executive Vice President in 2004, and eventually became President in 2005

Roseline Bougher attended Cornell University from 1987 to 1991 and received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology. Roseline then attended Nova Southeastern University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Master's degree in Coastal Zone Management.
