Henry Chamberlain

Henry Chamberlain is an experienced professional in process improvement and engineering, currently serving as Process Improvement Lead at AJW Group since October 2023. Prior to this role, Henry held the position of Robotic Process Engineer at ARRIVAL from March 2021 to October 2023 and worked as a Manufacturing Engineer and Graduate Manufacturing Engineer at McLaren Automotive Ltd from June 2018 to March 2021. Henry began the engineering career as an Undergraduate Engineer at JCB from September 2016 to August 2017. Henry holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) with First Class Honours in Manufacturing Engineering from Loughborough University, completed in 2018, and a Foundation degree in Science and Engineering from the Wolfson School of Mechanical, Electrical and Manufacturing Engineering at Loughborough University, undertaken in 2013-2014.
