Taylor Gonzales

Taylor Gonzales is a Senior Product Designer at A-LIGN since January 2023, focusing on enhancing user adoption through product-led growth for the A-SCEND compliance automation platform. Prior to this, Taylor served as a Senior Designer at IHOP from July 2021 to December 2022, collaborating across various departments to create digital solutions for over 32,000 employees. Taylor's experience as Lead UX Designer at The Gazette involved leading stakeholder meetings and executing data-driven design solutions, while previous self-employment as a Product Designer provided valuable insights across diverse projects. Additional roles include UX Designer at Carnegie Science Center and Product Designer intern at Velocity Robotics, where Taylor contributed to rebranding initiatives and user research. Taylor holds a Master of Science in Media Arts & Sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Design Studies from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
