Prior experience includes roles as an Investment Banking Associate and Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank, focusing on Central and Eastern Europe from November 2018 to April 2022, and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Delta Partners, where work centered on TMT and MENA Internet & E-Commerce from July 2017 to November 2018. Paulius holds a B.A. in Economics from New York University Abu Dhabi and has participated in the NYU Global Network Program in Finance at NYU Stern School of Business. Paulius completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma at Siauliai Didzdvaris Gymnasium.
