Stephany Mak is an experienced UX researcher currently working at AS Watson since September 2023. Previously, Stephany served as a User Experience Researcher at West Kowloon Cultural District Authority from May 2021 to May 2023, focusing on qualitative and quantitative research for the M+ Museum's digital product team. Prior experience includes a role as a User Researcher at CoolGranite Ltd, where research projects involved app design and target user analysis, as well as conducting user research with human-centric methods as a Project Officer at The Good Lab. Additional background includes support for design workshops and conference planning at the Hong Kong Design Centre and program execution at Asia Society Hong Kong Center. Stephany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature and History from The University of Hong Kong and completed professional education in User Experience and Interaction Design through the Interaction Design Foundation.
