Deana Calendro has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the SEA Region at AS White Global since July 2017. In this role, Deana is instrumental in building global teams by sourcing and managing recruitment needs across various Southeast Asian countries. Previous experience includes a position as a Recruitment Specialist at AS White Philippines, where responsibilities included sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for client vacancies in Australia, and as a Technical Recruiter at Nezda Technologies Inc., focusing on permanent placement for executive search and IT roles. Earlier in the career, Deana worked in Human Resources at Ayala Property Management Corporation. Deana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development Management from De La Salle University - Dasmariñas, earned between 2011 and 2015.
