Frederico Vaz

Frederico Vaz serves as the Chief Technology Officer at A-to-Be (powered by Brisa) since February 2019, following a role as Director of Engineering and Network Operations at Altice Portugal from December 2017 to February 2019. Prior experience includes positions as Head of Core Network and Service Platforms at Portugal Telecom from July 2014 to December 2017, and various roles at TMN - PT (Portugal Telecom) including Head of Messaging and Voice Platforms and Core Network and Intelligent Network Engineer from November 2000 to June 2014. Frederico holds a Licenciatura in Engenharia Eletrotécnica e de Computadores from Faculdade Ciencias e Tecnologia (1995-2000) and completed an Executive Program in Leadership, Innovation, and Change Management at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics in 2011.
