Dzmitry Shilo has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the media and production industry. Dzmitry currently works as the Chief of Development and Operation Media Platforms at 01 Belarus. Prior to this, they were the IBC Manager for the European Games Minsk 2019. Dzmitry also served as the CTO at GameShow Production and Deputy Director at Raltex. Earlier in their career, they were the Director at Expertservice Horizont and the Technical Director at Bel TV and Radio Company.

Dzmitry Shilo completed advanced training courses in sales management and enterprise management offered by the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Belarus in 2013. Prior to that, they attended the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics from 1994 to 1999, earning a Master's degree in Telecommunications Systems. Additionally, Dzmitry Shilo obtained certification in Glacier Climate Essentials from Glacier in December 2024.
