Prashanth Arragattu

Prashanth Arragattu is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in networking and software development. Currently serving as an Escalation Engineer at A10 Networks, Inc. since July 2014, Prashanth has previously worked as a Software Engineer at Cisco Systems, where responsibilities included extensive Software QA testing for Nexus series switches. Prior to that, Prashanth was a Network Engineer at AT&T Labs, focusing on systems integration and development, and also served as a Customer Support Engineer at Cisco-TAC, managing customer inquiries and troubleshooting network issues. Prashanth holds a Master of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering with a specialization in Networking from Wichita State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
