Angela Torres

Angela Torres is an experienced professional currently serving as a Quality Control Associate II at A2 Biotherapeutics, Inc. since June 2022, following a role as QC Associate I. Angela previously worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at UCI School of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences, focusing on drug discovery under Dr. Brian Paegel. In addition, Angela was selected as one of 13 SEISMIC Scholars to conduct qualitative research at the University of Michigan, aimed at enhancing equity and inclusion in STEM education. Prior experiences at UC Irvine included roles as ARC Front Desk Staff, Campus Representative, and Ring Road Driver, showcasing strong public speaking, organizational, and customer service skills. Angela holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from UC Irvine, obtained in 2021.
