M.D. Afzal Hossain Sarwar

Md Afzal Hossain Sarwar is an experienced educational professional with a strong background in ICT in Education. Currently serving as Team Lead at a2i since 2018, Sarwar has also held multiple roles at UNDP Bangladesh, including Policy Analyst and Policy Specialist in Educational Innovation, focusing on the development of ICT policies and innovative educational programs. Notable contributions include the formulation of the ICT in Education Master Plan and the Multimedia Classroom initiative. Previously, Sarwar worked as an Educational Consultant at a2i, where significant achievements included the development of a national e-Book repository. An educational foundation is supported by advanced degrees in ICT in Education, Marketing, and Education from the University of Dhaka and East West University.
