Andrew Koehlinger is an experienced operations and program management professional with a strong background in marketing technology, civic engagement, and medical device sales. Currently serving as VP and Director of Operations and Program Management at A2P since April 2019, Andrew leads initiatives focused on utilizing advanced analytics for digital advertising. Prior to this role, Andrew was the VoteSpotter Project Director at the Mackinac Center for Public Policy, successfully growing the user base to 1.15 million. Andrew also held positions at Kimberly-Clark as a Strategic Distributor Specialist and ran an independent medical device sales business. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hillsdale College.
