William Hockly

William Hockly has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. William started their career at Sidekicker, where they worked as a Sidekick, taking on different roles in hospitality, promotional, events, and retail work for companies such as EPICURE, Eden Park, and others. William then gained experience at Spark Arena, starting as a kitchen hand and eventually becoming a head cook and retail food supervisor. During their time at Spark Arena, they also did an internship, where they focused on business administration work. William later joined Mainfreight, where they participated in the Future Leaders Graduate Program and worked as a customer service legend, responsible for managing freight operations. William then moved to Borderless360, where they initially assisted with client enquiries and eventually managed multiple accounts across the Asia Pacific region, including overseeing operations in New Zealand. Currently, they are working at A2X as an APAC Regional Customer Success Manager, leading a customer success team, conducting product onboarding sessions, and handling support-related matters.
