Michael Yacksyzn possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a server at Local 3 Restaurant since July 2013, where a strong emphasis is placed on food and wine knowledge as well as sustainable practices. As a stage manager for the A3C Festival since October 2006, coordination of numerous artists takes precedence, ensuring adherence to strict timelines and effective communication with management. Previous roles include server and trainer at Ruth's Chris Steak House, where involvement in training and brand growth was key, and executive chef at Jazzepi's Restaurant, focusing on menu development and sustainable sourcing. Early career experience as lead line cook and trainer at Planet Hollywood encompassed the opening of multiple locations globally, along with significant training responsibilities. Michael holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from Strayer University and a Bachelor's Degree in Audio Production from The Art Institutes.
