Eric Brown

Eric Brown is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and corporate law. Currently serving as the Head of Compliance & Risk and Deputy General Counsel at the Automobile Club of Southern California since March 2005, Eric has also held positions as Managing Counsel and Corporate Counsel within the same organization. Prior experience includes an associate role in the Finance and Real Estate Department at Latham & Watkins from October 2000 to February 2005, and a summer associate position with the same firm in June 1999. Eric also gained legal experience as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable J. Spencer Letts in the U.S. District Court during the summer of 1998. Eric holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Reed College.
