Jarrod Franklin

Jarrod Franklin is an experienced claims professional with a career spanning over two decades in the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Sr. Claims Representative at AAA Texas since March 2022, Jarrod has a strong background in claims adjustment, having previously worked in various roles at well-known companies including Kemper as a Physical Damage Appraiser, and Nationwide Insurance as an MD Specialist II. Jarrod's expertise includes providing efficient settlements for homeowners' claims as part of the catastrophe response team at HelpPoint Claims Service. Additionally, Jarrod is an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity since March 2017. Jarrod earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Marketing from Prairie View A&M University.
