Mohammad Hadi Hedayati

Mohammad Hadi Hedayati is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and lending. Currently serving as a Call Center Supervisor at AAA Auto Club Enterprises since July 2022, previous roles include Call Center Associate Supervisor and ERS Member Specialist. Prior to this, Mohammad worked as a Licensed Lending Officer at loanDepot from July 2020 to July 2022, and held the position of Master Control Room Operator at Salaam TV for over eleven years. Educationally, Mohammad holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Arabic from Saddleback College and is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at UMass Global, expected to be completed in March 2026.
