Stephen Springer

Stephen Springer has a diverse background in financial operations and accounting. Stephen currently holds the position of Director - Financial Operations at AAA Northeast. Prior to this, they founded and served as President of Springer Financial Advisors LLC, where they provided consultant services specializing in financial organization restructures, cost management, project accounting, and fractional CFO services for industries such as real estate, construction, non-profit, and hospitality. Stephen has also held roles as Financial Controller at Providence Capital et al and DiLeonardo, Portfolio Accountant at Global Net Lease, Accounting Supervisor at AvPORTS, Senior Accountant at The Keystone Group RI, Accounting Staff at Textron, and Bookkeeper at Atlantic Trophy Inc. In their various positions, Stephen has demonstrated skills in financial management, accounting, and financial transactions.

Stephen Springer attended Exeter-West Greenwich Regional High School from 2008 to 2012, where they received their High School Diploma with a focus on College Preparatory studies. Following this, from 2011 to 2012, they pursued General Studies at the Community College of Rhode Island. Later, from 2012 to 2016, Stephen enrolled in Bryant University, earning a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Providence College, which they are expected to complete between 2022 and 2024.
